Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Policy All consultation bookings are non-refundable. Once your session is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their consultation one (1) time without penalty. The original consultation fee will be transferred to the new date. If a client reschedules a second time, the consultation will be forfeited and a new booking with full payment will be required. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their appointment up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start time without incurring a rebooking fee. If a consultation is canceled less than one (1) hour before the scheduled time, a $75 rebooking fee must be paid before a new consultation can be scheduled. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
